Sam had a vision for a neighbourhood restaurant, a place that serves you dishes made from scratch with the best quality ingredients prepared simply and well, all offered at affordable prices embracing this concept and carrying these values into the restaurant kitchen.
The chronicle of Jonah’s started with ‘The Original Jonah’s Bistro’ in Besant Nagar specializing in European Cuisine. Jonah then travelled to Japan in Phoenix Mall with the reputed brand Momoyama under the tag line Jonahs goes to Japan; he later met Chef Willi at Poes Garden for a Tuscan Menu and went to the West Coast. He then fancied a fishing trip with Chef Willi at Palavakkam, ECR and now is at his pitstop in Bangalore with one of its kind resto-bar under the tag "Jonah's by Chef Willi".
